Today, 1986–2020 American Silver Eagle 35-Coin Sets are available to you online from Complex Bullion with near–perfect certifications on each coin.
Coin Set Highlights:
- Available to you in a tin with each coin individually sealed in an NGC protective plastic slab!
- Includes all 35 date marks in the American Silver Eagle Series through 2020!
- Contains a total of 35 Troy oz of .999 pure silver.
- The total face value of $35 (USD) is fully backed by the US government.
- Graded Mint State 69 by the Numismatic Guaranty Corporation.
- The obverse features Walking Liberty.
- On the reverse is the heraldic eagle of the United States.
Introduced in 1986, the American Silver Eagle bullion coin has never missed a date mark. The United States Mint is legally obligated to strike the bullion version of the coin each year to meet the demand of investors. As such, the 1 oz silver coin in the series is produced every year.
All of the coins in the 1986-2020 American Silver Eagle 35-Coin Set have a Mint State 69 certification from the NGC. Coins in this condition have full, original mint luster and a maximum of two minor detracting flaws. Those flaws are limited in nature to minuscule contact marks or hairlines and must be located outside of the primary focal points of the coin.
In total, this 1986-2020 American Silver Eagle Coin Set includes 35 individual Silver Eagles. Each one has a face value of $1 (USD) and contains 1 Troy oz of .999 pure silver for a total face value of $35 (USD) and a total weight of 35 Troy oz of .999 pure silver. Each coin is individually sealed inside of its own protective plastic slab and shipped together inside of a box.
The obverse face of each American Silver Eagle coin comes with the left-profile bust of Liberty. Known as Walking Liberty, this depiction shows Liberty walking toward the sun on the horizon with her right hand outstretched toward the horizon. Her left hand carries the branches of oak and laurel, while the American flag is draped over her shoulders. It was designed in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman.
On the reverse side of the American Silver Eagle Coin is the heraldic eagle of the United States. This national emblem was released on the first-ever American coins from the US Mint in 1792 and designed at the time by Robert Scot. This is the modern version of the seal and it was modified in 1986 by John Mercanti for use on this coin.
